His career spans IPO execution on the NYSE and TSX with Canada Goose, CHF 300M syndicated debt refinancings, and M&A integration across European infrastructure groups. He serves on the boards of Raiffeisenbank Rigi (FINMA-regulated, incoming Chairman), Capranea Sports, and DAHU Sports — two PE-backed Swiss ski brands. A former professional ski athlete and licensed Swiss ski instructor, he is based in Küssnacht am Rigi, Switzerland.

Sascha Weber is an operational Chief Financial Officer specialising in PE-backed transformation environments. Over a twenty-year career, he has built and led finance organisations through growth, acquisition, and exit phases across multi-country structures in Europe and Asia-Pacific.

His track record includes leading a CHF 300M syndicated debt refinancing, integrating four acquisitions into group reporting within twelve months, and serving as a core member of the finance team that executed the Canada Goose IPO on the NYSE and TSX. He has built finance functions from zero in venture-backed startups, rescued failing ERP implementations, and transformed single-point-of-failure teams into distributed operating models.

Alongside his executive career, Sascha serves on the boards of Raiffeisenbank Rigi — a FINMA-regulated cooperative bank where he is incoming Chairman — and two PE-backed Swiss ski brands: Capranea Sports and DAHU Sports. He is Vice President and Treasurer of Wirtschaftsclub Zug and was a lecturer in finance at ZHAW Zurich for fourteen years.

A former professional ski athlete (US and Japan Pro Tours, 1992–94) and licensed Swiss ski instructor, Sascha lives in Küssnacht am Rigi on Lake Lucerne. He volunteers as a U16 ski coach at Skiclub Schwyz.
